Product Return

  • You can return the product within 14 days of the goods received.
  • Product return does not apply to beauty products, jewelry, underwear, swimwear, watches, socks, customized products, frozen foods, ice cream, vegetables, fruits, all products with "no return or exchange" sign, and products sent from abroad
  • You can return your products under below condition

  • 8Expiration date near passed
  • 9Late delivery

  • * Only valid for certain products
  • All product return must use original box or cardboard. Packaging should be in the same condition at the time the product is received. Make sure the tags and labels are stamped and the sticker or return slip is attached to the outer wrapper section

Product Exchange

  • Exchange is only valid for products with the defect and broken condition when you accept. Exchange is not valid for other products
  • If you want to exchange with other products, you must cancel the order. Then, iLOTTE will Refund so that you can buy other product
  • Availability of replacement products depending on stock available in iLOTTE Warehouse

Return Process

How to Return Products

    Login to My iLOTTE section, go to orders that you want to return

    Click 'Return' in the orders/product and select/write the reasons

  • 3 img

    Select return methods between 'Pick up' or 'Sent by customer'

  • 4 img

    Pack your items back and include your return slip into iLOTTE plastic

Claim Number
  • You will get a claim number when completing the product return form. Include the claim number to send the product to iLOTTE warehouse.
  • If you do not fill out the return form, you must attach the return label on the box as well as immediately contact iLOTTE Customer Service to address your request.
  • If the slip or return sticker is lost / damaged, you can fill the return form or contact iLOTTE Customer Service to get the claim number that will be affixed to the product box you will return to the warehouse. Include detailed information such as claim number, order number, phone number / mobile phone that can be contacted and iLOTTE warehouse address.
  • iLOTTE will not process product returns if you do not fill out the form, do not stick the return sticker and do not confirm to Customer Service.
QC Process (Quality Control)
  • iLOTTE Warehouse Team will perform QC (Quality Control) process on the product you return. This process takes about 2 working days since the goods are received at the warehou se.
  • For products that do not pass the Quality Control process, iLOTTE has the right to ship the product back to you. Non-exchangeable or refunded products below :
  • 1You are already using the product
  • 2The product seal is damaged
  • 3Product is damaged during installation process
  • 4Product is stained, dirty and smelled
  • + iLOTTE will process the return or exchange of products as soon as the goods reach the warehouse and pass QC
  • + iLOTTE will send you a replacement product with the same delivery method you chose when you ordered

Refund Type

  • iLOTTE has several refund type below.
  • 1Bank Transfer, iLOTTE return the money directly to your bank account
  • 2Credit Card, iLOTTE refund the funds credited to your credit card
  • 3Points, iLOTTE returns the points already used to your account

Refund Process

  • You will receive refund from iLOTTE based on the method chosen when you order the product at the beginning
  • Refund on the credit card method will be listed on your credit card statement billing in the following month
